Help us stay in touch. Fill out a Returnee Profile to update your contact information and give feedback on your program. Click on "Submit Returnee Profile" at the top of your program record.
Update contact information on TritonLink
Make sure to update your current address, phone number, and e-mail. It is also a good idea to fill out a change-of address form with the local post office.
Academic Credit
EAP Credit
Course titles and grades for EAP will be posted directly to TritonLink and your transcript, usually within three months of the end of your program. Below is an example of EAP coursework on a student's TritonLink Academic History.

OAP Credit
Request that your program provider mail an official transcript directly to
Admissions Processing
University of California, San Diego
9500 Gilman Drive, #0021-A
La Jolla, CA 92093-0021
Course titles and transfer credit will appear on TritonLink and your transcript as long as you completed an Academic Planning Form prior to departure.
As OAP grades do not appear on UCSD transcripts, you are advised to submit transcripts from study abroad program sponsors, as well as from UCSD, when applying to graduate schools. You may want to request extra copies of official transcripts from your program sponsor to have on hand.
Here is an example of OAP coursework on a UCSD transcript. Students who work with a PAO adviser and complete their OAP paperwork will have coursework from abroad posted on their transcript, the official record of academic accomplishments.

Please note, not all coursework is posted in this format. Grades from OAP are NOT posted to UCSD transcript.
Global Seminars Credit
See the Global Seminars section of this Website.
